All IS Watches for Her orders are shipped via DHL Express. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.
Track your delivery in real time directly on DHL's website.
We understand plans can change. To modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving your confirmation email, provided it hasn't been processed yet.
Once an order is confirmed and prepared for shipment, it can no longer be altered. That said, our IS Watches for Her Customer Care Team is always here to help with any concerns.

Once your DHL tracking number has been issued, changes can no longer be made on our end however, you can still manage delivery preferences such as rescheduling or redirecting your parcel directly through DHL's tracking portal.
To apply a courtesy or welcome code, simply enter it in the Discount Code or Gift Card field at checkout located at the top right of the page. Your order total will update automatically before payment is completed.
A 10% seasonal courtesy is currently available with the code HER12, valid on eligible orders.

Instructions by email
After checkout, you'll receive an email with our beneficiary details and payment instructions, including your order number to use as the payment reference.
Reservation window (72 hours)
To reserve your item, please email proof of payment within 72 hours to customerservice@is-watches-for-her.com. If we don't receive it within this timeframe, the order may be cancelled and the item released.
Currency
Bank transfers must be made in EUR (€). If your account is in another currency, please ask your bank to process the conversion to EUR.
Fees & full amount received
Any bank charges are the customer's responsibility. Please instruct your bank to ensure the full order total is received by IS Watches for Her.
Confirmation & dispatch
Once funds reach our account, we'll send a payment confirmation email and proceed with shipping your order.
